Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
Support the Global Programs Pursuit initiative for our client as an Enterprise Solutions Architect
Responsible for large enterprise level outsourcing solutions
Design integrated (i) applications and infrastructure and (ii) IT and Process solutions
Orchestrate the formulation of the solution across business, technology, operations and information architects across various service line practices by driving an integrated top down solution and ensuring individual tracks follow the enterprise level solution principles
Contribute to IT and Business process transformation solutions by synergizing between apps and infra and ITO and BPO solution tracks
Participate in client meeting, proposal defense, solution workshops and assessments
Location: Bangalore

Global Sourcing Solutions Design
Large deal pursuit
Apps, Infrastructure and Business process outsourcing solutions
Knowledge of processes across IT and Operations
Client interaction at senior and Line management levels
Strong in Process, Methodology and Solution development involving problem solving
Experience
Experience in designing cross functional solutions for large programs (500+ FTE, 1000+ apps & infra components, 1000+ BPO)
Experience in creating high-level business and IT strategies along with client teams
Experience of designing Technical and Operations solutions at an enterprise level
Ability to approach complex and unstructured problems and conceptualize the solution
Rich experience in anchoring and leading large program solutions in matrix organization structures
Designing business transformation solutions by looking across IT and Operations and leveraging the synergies
