Supply: Planning and Timely supply of products to stores as per requirements. Design, development, and implementation of supply chain process & procedures at various retail distribution centre. Managing the flow of goods between suppliers and stores and develop general system functionality needed to accomplish each function and establish standard work environment.
Co-ordination: Co-ordinate with other related department like marketing, finance, IT, Operations etc. for smooth flow of raw Process.
Cost control: Developing cost effective vendors, commercial negotiations and price fixation, component development, regular supply and dispatch to the subordinate and the documentation of the same
JIT: (Just In Time) Directing the process of JIT for smooth functioning of procurement of material and coordinate with purchase department.
Documentation & Bill: Directing the functions of Receipts, Inspection, Storage, Issues & Related Documents, finalization of Transportation Contracts, bill processing.
Right transport at right place right time: Overseeing the dispatch of finished Products to Client locations; ensuring adherence to Documentation and Internal Norms.
MIS: Formulating MIS reports relating to material management, cost savings / vendor Quality Assurance operations & transmitting them to the management for decision making process.
Planning and Co-ordination of materials for new store Launches, Promotions
Setting up of the Replenishment parameters in the system, monitoring the Indent and pick list generation process and dispatches to the stores.
Right Product mix at the right time: Ensure that all the store functions are running smoothly related to supply of product according to the trends.
Statutory compliance: Coordinate with the warehouse manger that all the licenses related to supply & storage of material are updated.
