Job Description:
Candidate will beresponsible for managing Home Fashions and Decor categories through implementation and management of business plans to maximise sales and profit of the categories and enhance consumer values.
Also will be involved in product development and range planning.Forecasting market Trends. Ensure right balance of merchandise mix for each store to ensure maximum sell through. Complete responsibility for product strategy and merchandising plans.
Responsible for financial Profitability and category management, budgeting, product launches, marketing & promotion,Supply chain management. Develop & lunch promotion schemes, competitor mapping, Training to subordinates.
