Conceptualising & developing design briefs based on current market trends. Interpret customer design briefs to the design team & help them generate design concepts & making orthographics & perspective views. Forecast fashion & jewellery trends & interpret them across multiple brands. Establish seasonal colors , materials, theme & trend boards for each collection. Chech production feasibility, commercial viability per the target market ,look & price point. Interact with in-house model makers & artisans to ensure that the final product is per the requirement. Monitor the aesthetic aspects & relevance of each design/concept at every stage from initial concept stage to the final prototype. Interact with PDdirector to do style outs for various customers. Present design collections & pitch in new ideas to the customers & BD's. Arranging the sample line 7 display jewellery for the International Jewellery shows. Overseeing implementation of policies, systems. MIS Achieving design targets& deadlines. Managing team & be able to work hand in hand with other team members.
